TRM Leadership

Don Omura is the CEO of Total Resource Management (TRM), where he leads the company’s strategic vision to become the global leader in Enterprise Asset Management and Asset Performance Management solutions. With decades of leadership experience in enterprise software and consulting, Don has guided TRM through accelerated growth, strategic acquisitions, and expanded partnerships with leading technology providers. He is known for his ability to align innovation with customer value, ensuring TRM continues to deliver measurable outcomes for clients worldwide. 

His previously held positions at TRM include President, Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President. Prior to joining TRM, in 1999, Don was the Director of Information Technology for the Navy Public Works Center in Hawaii where he oversaw all aspects of information technology, including strategic planning, corporate business systems, and infrastructure. In 1998, he received the Navy’s Meritorious Service Award for his contributions in the technology field. Don began his career as a Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability engineer for critical Navy shipboard systems. 

Don holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
