Doug Giannotti is a technology executive with more than two decades of experience in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and enterprise asset management systems. As Vice President of Cloud Operations at Total Resource Management, he leads the company’s cloud infrastructure strategy, supporting enterprise clients across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and modern cloud-native platforms.

Prior to joining TRM, Doug spent over 14 years at IBM, most recently serving as Principal Enterprise Architect for the Industrial Market, where he partnered with global account teams to guide organizations through complex technology decisions, including solution architecture, integration strategy, and cloud migration. He is widely recognized for his deep technical expertise in the IBM Maximo ecosystem and enterprise automation platforms.

Doug’s specialties include application integration, microservices, containerization, cloud migration, identity and security, and enterprise asset management. He is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences, user groups, and technical forums worldwide.
