Owe Forsberg is the Vice President of Consulting at TRM, where he leads a global team of experts delivering transformative enterprise asset management (EAM) and reliability solutions. With a career spanning more than 30 years in operations management, engineering, and consulting, Owe is recognized for his ability to turn complex technical requirements into practical, business-aligned strategies that drive measurable results. 

Throughout his career, Owe has helped organizations across industries adopt best practices, optimize processes, and achieve long-term digital transformation goals. He is highly regarded for his analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in streamlining operations and leveraging technology to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. 

Owe is a Certified Reliability and Maintenance Professional (CFRP) and a Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA). He holds an M.S. in Management from North Carolina State University and a B.S. in Marine Engineering from Linnaeus University in Sweden. His deep domain expertise, combined with a pragmatic approach to implementation, training, and change management, ensures TRM clients realize lasting value from their asset management investments.
