Bob DiStefano is Senior Vice President of Consulting at TRM, bringing over 48 years of expertise in maintenance and reliability. He began his career in the US commercial nuclear power industry, where he developed rigorous best practices in maintenance and operations. Bob founded and led Management Resources Group, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in equipment reliability, serving hundreds of industrial plants worldwide across 14 industries, including many Fortune 500 companies. After selling MRG to Emerson Electric, he served as a Vice President there.

Bob most recently served as Chief Operations Officer at Performance Consulting Associates (PCA) , where he leveraged his deep industry knowledge to help clients drive lasting improvements in asset management and reliability. An early Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), Bob has been active in the Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP), serving as a board member and leading key committees in Best Practices, Benchmarking, and Knowledge. He is also a published author and keynote speaker, respected for his leadership in enterprise-wide transformation of physical asset management.
